Группа образована Денисом и Сашей в конце 2008 года в Москве. Чуть позже к группе присоединились Паша и Леша, а в самую последнюю очередь фронтмен коллектива - Володя.
В 2009 году группа записывает ЕР Under The Blood Exile The Dream , который тепло приняла публика, и дает массу концертов. Тем же временем, Disdained Grace подписывает контракт с лейблом ФОНО.
В марте 2010 года группа объявляет о прекращении концертной деятельности и садится за работу над полноформатным альбомом The Crypts Of Martyrs.
